The History of Vitamins and How they Effect our Bodies
Mankind’s knowledge of vitamins and minerals took huge strides forward when in 1912, the English biochemist F. Hoapkins found that rats subjected to a supplementary diet containing all the substances necessary for nutrition were far less likely to grow than rats that had been fed with natural foods.
His studies showed that the growth process started again, when the rats were given a small quantity of fresh milk in their diet. Thanks to this huge scientific effort, today we now know thirteen essential vitamins that are essential for a healthy life. We have also been able to eradicate several diseases that plagued mankind for centuries. In just twenty years (from 1928 to 1948) Hoapkins identified all the vitamins we know today. He also determined its chemical structure, produced them all synthetically in the laboratory and established their role in the nutritional processes. The experiments of F. Hoapkins showed the presence in food of certain organic substances, previously unknown to humanity.
This is really important knowledge to take note of, because anyone going on a diet needs to eat healthy foods rather than turn to a serious diet of vitamin tablets and protein shakes. Even the term Vitamin was coined by Casimir Funk, as he connected the Latin word vita (life) and amine (amine necessary for life). We need to get the most of our vitamins from our everyday eating habits, and not from a box of tablets or some chocolate shake we buy in the gym. No matter how good the company or how good an idea it seems, we eat proper food in order to satisfy the body and gain energy and strength to survive. It is food and only food that keep us all alive and supplies us with all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs to function.

WHAT IS THE FAT BURNING FURNACE?
The Fat Burning Furnace System is a weight loss program I have used for just over 12 months. It is not based on starving yourself or insane fitness regimes, but on proper nutrition and training that anyone, man or woman, can do. It works through a simple logic, that by increasing your muscle tissue (which training does) you actually burn more calories each hour. It dispels many of the common myths that drug companies feed to make sales, and it is the most honest fitness and diet course I have ever been involved in. It has changed my life and I know it will change yours too.
